Jadir: Empowering Legal Consultations

The Problem

Before Jadir, people in the UAE looking for a specialized lawyer relied on word-of-mouth referrals or generic directories that couldn’t confirm a lawyer’s specialty, show real availability, or let them pay for a consultation securely from their phone. Law firms had no digital way to manage which of their lawyers were actively taking on client work, making it hard to track caseloads or onboard new hires into a consistent process.

My Approach

I built the React Native client end to end for both Android and iOS, including the lawyer search and filtering flow, consultation scheduling and history screens, and a Stripe integration that lets users book and pay for a consultation in a single flow. I also built the law firm portal that lets a firm onboard its lawyers and monitor their workload, and structured the app’s navigation and state layers so we could add new consultation types and features over time without reworking the core flows.

The Outcome

Jadir gave users a direct, verified path to a specialized lawyer without leaving the app, and gave law firms visibility into their team's consultations for the first time. As a long-term collaborator on the product, I've shipped iterative updates across multiple releases, and the app continues to support consultations with the Stripe integration processing payments reliably.
